Rates, Policies, and Other Important Information

Availability & Rates

With low-season, shoulder-season and summer season rates, there's something for all budgets!

For our veterans and active service members, please call to receive the military discount on your stay.*

From May to mid-October, we do have a 2-night minimum.

From mid-October until April, we welcome 1-night stays in our side-view and water-view rooms.

​

We do take a deposit of the first night's stay** upon booking.

​

Our side-view and water-view rooms have a maximum of four guests, including children.

Our townhouses have a maximum of six guests, including children.

This is per local fire code and we appreciate your cooperation

​

Please note that The Landmark Inn is not pet-friendly.

​

*no discounts can be applied to stays booked through third party sites such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com etc.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we are unable to make any changes to reservations booked through third party sites such as Expedia or Booking. We will be happy to work with them on changes, but you must contact them directly. Our cancellation policy does stand for reservations booked through these sites, along with any additional policies they enforce.

​

For reservations from September through June we have a 7-day cancellation policy.

To receive a full refund of your deposit, please cancel more than 7 days prior to your arrival.

For July and August stays we have a 14-day cancellation policy.

Reservations not cancelled more than 14-days prior to their arrival will forfeit 50% of the total cost of their stay.

Any "no-show" reservation that was not cancelled prior to arrival will be charged the entirety of their stay.

​

Check-in and Check-out Policies

We do offer contactless check-in, please give us a call to arrive this prior to arrival.

Check-in begins at 3pm.

We will do our very best to accommodate early check-in requests but these are not guaranteed. Please contact us at least 48 hrs prior to arrival to request early check-in. 

Check-out is by 11am.

Again, we will try to honor late check-out requests, but cannot guarantee it.

Please request a late check-in no later than your arrival.

Mobility and Room Requests

Please note that the majority of our units are accessed via stairs. We do offer ground-level units, but guarantee room type, not specific units. If you need a ground-level unit due to mobility issues please call to confirm availability when booking. â€‹

We are more than happy to help carry bags up the stairs as needed.

Non-Smoking Policy

Please note that there is no smoking allowed in the units or on the balconies.​

There is a designated smoking area on property.

​

Laundry Services

Please note that there are no laundry facilities in our units. Wash and dry is available through the office for $15 a load, or there is a local coin operated laundromat a short drive away.
