A two (2) night minimum reservation is required. One (1) night stays may be available in the off-season or for walk-in stays. Please call for details. (360) 376-2423

The first night room & tax deposit is required at the time you make a reservation. (Refund Policy below)

Room rates are subject to Washington State Lodging Tax (currently 10.3%).

Long-term (between 10 and 30 days) and Commercial Rates may be available, please contact us directly.

Room Rates are based on 1-4 persons in our 2 bedroom units (water view & side view). We DO NOT ALLOW more than 4 persons in our 2 bedroom condos - this is a fire code violation. PLEASE DO NOT BRING MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE PER ROOM! We reserve the right to turn away guests who violate this max capacity.

Deposits, Cancellations, Refunds

A Deposit of the First Night's Room & Tax (10.3%) for all condos is required upon making a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.

To Cancel a Reservation- please call our office between 9am-6pm. If you booked through a 3rd party site (Booking.com, Expedia, Travelocity, Hotels.com, etc. you MUST contact them directly to cancel or change. We CANNOT make changes to any reservations made through a booking partner).

Your Deposit is Refundable up to 7 days prior to your arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is within 7 days prior to your reservation arrival date.
Multi-level Landmark and Mobility Challenges
The Landmark Inn on Orcas Island offers a variety of unit options. Our townhouses are multilevel with three bedrooms and are ideal for families or small groups wanting to vacation together. Our water-view and side-view units offer 2 bedrooms and are one-level. There are three (3) units accessible without the use of stairs. The Landmark does not have an elevator so if you have mobility concerns and would like to stay with us, please contact our office at 360-376-2423 to make your reservation. We are happy to assist you in booking the most suitable accommodations for your needs.
Non Smoking Policy
All units are SMOKE FREE. Smoking is NOT permitted in units, decks or courtyard. There is a “Designated Smoking Area” provided on our property.
Pets
The Landmark DOES NOT allow pets to stay at the condos.
Check-in Time/Check-out Time

Check-in time 3:00-6:00 p.m. Late arrivals should contact us the day of arrival for late check-in instructions.

Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. Late check outs must be requested at check-in and depend on availability.
